The age of the child should not be less than 3.5 years and not more than 4.5 years. The candidate will have to recognize and name ordinary objects used in daily life like flowers, fruits, parts of the body, and colours. There will be a meeting of the parents along with the child after that.

Admission forms are available only at the school office. It is the responsibility of the parents to enter the correct name and the date of birth of their child in the admission form. It will not be permitted later to make any alteration either in the name or in the date of birth at the time of SEBA examination on the plea that a mistake had been made at the time of Nursery Admission/Admission or any other classes.

An Age Certificate from the Church, Municipality or Government Birth Certificate or the Hospital where the child was born must be brought. Date of birth and name once entered in the school record cannot be subsequently changed under any circumstance.

The following documents have to be brought at the time of interaction

1. The Original Birth Certificate to verify the attested birth certificate submitted eatlier.
2. Caste/Tribe certificate (in case of candidates belonging to sheduled caste/tribe)
3. The Mark sheet of the last Annual Examination taken. (Not applicable to those who have not gone to school at all).

The following documents have to be submitted to the office at the time of admission

1. Original Mark Sheet of the last Annual Examination taken.
2. Attested photocopy of the Birth Certificate.
3. Original Transfer Certificate of the institution last attended (Countersigned by the Inspector of Schools, if the candidate comes from outside Jorhat District).
4. Three recent passport size photographs of the candidate.
5. Original Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended.
6. Duly filled Admission Form.

BEWARE OF THIRD PARTIES MAKING FALSE CLAIMS OF HAVING CLOSE CONTACT WITH THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES OR COLLECTING MONEY ON BEHALF OF THE SCHOOL. MANY ARE CHEATED EVERY YEAR. SO PLEASE TAKE CARE.
